II Awarding
Teams finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded trophies and medals.
There will be no selection of best player or best goalkeeper.
The winning team will also receive a special prize from Sportland.
The award ceremony will take place immediately after the final match.
In the boys’ 2019, 2018 and girls’ 2018, 2016 age groups, all players will receive participation medals, and no ranking will be determined.
III Registration
Teams must be registered no later than 10 days before the start of the tournament in their age group.
The final schedule will be sent to teams one week before the tournament.
On the tournament day, the team representative must submit a signed registration form before the team’s first match.
The completed form must also be emailed in advance to helena@jktulevik.ee.

IV Discounts
If a club registers two or more teams in the same age group, each team will receive a €20 discount on the participation fee.
V Venues & Locker Rooms
The Tulevik Sportland Cup will be held at the Viljandi Männimäe Football Hall (Riia mnt 95, Viljandi, Estonia).
All matches will be played on high-quality artificial turf.
Warm-up areas with artificial grass will also be available.
Each team will have access to shared locker rooms with showers during the tournament.
Please note that locker rooms are not supervised.
VI Catering & Accommodation
A cafeteria will be open throughout the tournament, offering warm meals, snacks, and hot drinks.
For multi-day tournaments, we can assist you in finding a suitable accommodation and catering package. For more information about accommodation types and catering options, please contact the tournament director Marge.

VII First Aid
The Tulevik Sportland Cup is not responsible for injuries sustained during the tournament.
We kindly ask each team to bring their own first-aid kit.
Basic first aid will be provided by the organizers within their competence.
The nearest Emergency Department (ED) is located at C.R. Jakobsoni tänav 2a, Viljandi.
