_____

I. Use of Older Players

Each team is allowed to include up to two overage players in their squad.

These players must be born after August 1st of the previous year (e.g. for the 2019 & 2018 age group).

Example: In the 2014 age group, the player must be born on 01.08.2013 or later.

II. Participation in Multiple Teams

A player is not allowed to participate in more than one team of the same age group on the same day.

III. Tournament System

The tournament format depends on the number of participating teams and will be either:

  • Group stage + play-offs, or

  • Round-robin system.

In the group stage:

  • Win = 3 points

  • Draw = 1 point

  • Loss = 0 points

If teams finish with equal points, the ranking will be decided by:

  1. Head-to-head points

  2. Head-to-head goal difference

  3. Overall goal difference

  4. Higher number of goals scored

  5. Lower number of goals conceded

  6. Penalty shootout

IV. Penalty Shootouts

In play-offs and finals, if a match ends in a draw after regular time, the winner will be decided by a penalty shootout.

  • Each team will take 3 penalties.

  • The right to shoot first will be decided by drawing lots.

V. Offside

The offside rule will be applied in the boys’ 2012, 2013, and 2014 age groups, as well as in the girls’ 2011 age group.

VI. Referees

All referees are approved by the Estonian Football Association.

VII. Warnings and Dismissals

  • Two yellow cards in the same match for the same player will result in a red card.

  • A player who receives a red card must leave the ongoing match and is not allowed to play in the following match.

  • A player who receives a red card for violent conduct is not allowed to continue in the tournament.

  • Any player, coach, or supporter who behaves in an offensive, provocative, or violent manner towards opponents, coaches, referees, or tournament organizers may be removed from the tournament after the first warning.

Please also read the tournament’s code of conduct on-site: “How to behave as a parent.”
